BANQUETS

***          SECOND COOK:  Minimum two years prior cooking experience required. Good working knowledge of general cooking, including sauté work, grilling, broiling, vegetable and starch prep. Grade school education preferred.  Must be able to read and speak English at a level to communicate with coworkers.  Ability to perform tasks in a rapid and organized manner is necessary.

GUEST SERVICES

***          BELL ATTENDANT: Escorts arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage.  Must possess valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.  Guest services or hospitality experience preferred.

POINT MOOREA

***          BARTENDER (On Call):  Previous bartending and cashiering experience required.  Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and must have high school diploma or equivalent.

***          COCKTAIL SERVER (Part Time): Liquor knowledge and one year prior cocktail service required.  Excellent communication skills a must.  Micros experience preferred. TIPS Certification a plus.

RESERVATIONS

***          RESERVATIONS SALES AGENT:          Prior communications, reservations, hospitality and/or computer experience preferred.  Opera/Fidelio experience a plus.   Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must.  Good listening skills needed.  Applicants with additional language skills preferred.  Ability to access, read and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system is required.

SALES

***            INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER:  To plan, direct and organize marketing strategies to achieve the stated room night goal for the Tour & Travel market segment.  Must have an extensive background in Tour & Travel sales segment with at least three years hotel sales experience.   Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
